Mokanna Lodge is a freestanding building on 3.5 acres of land. Handicap accessible ramp from the front parking lot. The entire building is smoke-free and composed of two main rooms separated by a central hall, offices and restrooms. The two main rooms consist of a 1,500 square foot dining hall with an attached kitchen and a 3,000 square foot lodge room. There are pavilions with tables and seating, as well as a BBQ grill outside for rent as well.
The dining hall can seat as many as 100 people using eight, 8-top round tables combined with eight, 8-top rectangular tables at the raised head table area. All tables and chairs can be moved for easy configuration for presentations or dances. A modest overhead speaker system is in place to accommodate background music or microphone support for speakers.
The kitchen is attached to the dining room with a walk-up serving window stretching approximately 20 feet. Various items such as coffee urns, chafing dishes and serving ware are available, as well as a 6-burner gas range top, flat griddle with two gas ovens, for an additional fee of $50.00. The heating elements for the chafing dishes are not provided. A commercial grade ice machine provides enough ice for most any event.
The 52 foot by 56 foot lodge room seats approximately 80 in fixed-position chairs arranged on the North and South sides of the room. This can be augmented with additional chairs, expanding the seating capacity to approximately 200. The room features an overhead speaker system and lighted altar, as well as a raised speaker/presentation area. There are double entrance doors on the North and South side of the West end of the room allowing for a variety of entrance/exit scenarios for ceremonies. The entire room is carpeted, and no food or beverages are allowed. This room can be used for presentations and religious ceremonies. The meeting room is serviced by its own separate air conditioning and heating system.
Parking on the front paved lot accommodates approximately 50 vehicles and includes a wheelchair ramp for access to the front entrance. Additional vehicles can be parked on the side of the building through the chain link fence, which will be opened upon request. The overflow parking accommodates approximately 80 additional vehicles on a grass and sand lot.
Restrooms are available off the common hall. A small ante-room is available and is occasionally used for dressing and preparing brides for their event. Facility is available from 7:00am until midnight.

Reservation Down Payment / Damage Deposit $300
This is refundable after the event, provided that the lodge attendant on site finds no issues following the rental. The Down Payment/Damage Deposit must be paid in Cash, Money Order or Cashier's Check.
Rental Amount Balance Due, MUST be in Cash, Money Order or Cashier's Check.
Upon completion of the post-rental checklist, to ensure that the facility is in the same condition as when you arrived. Renter is, of course, responsible for all cleanup and disposing of trash in our dumpster. Please remember to leave the facility as you found it.
